Our Story
Lebanon's vineyards
have been telling stories
for six thousand years.
We opened Levain to give those stories a room. A place where the terroir of the Bekaa, the cedar-scented hills of Batroun, and the ancient slopes of Kefraya can be poured, savored, and understood.
Every bottle on our list was chosen for a reason. Every dish on our table was built around a glass. This is not a wine list — it's a living archive of Lebanese viticulture, served one pour at a time.
